Information We Collect
When you use our service, we collect:
- Email address — to deliver your download link and order confirmation
- IP address — for rate limiting and fraud prevention
- Uploaded files — processed server-side and encrypted at rest
- Payment information — processed by PayPal or NOWPayments; we do not store payment details

- Process your ECU file and deliver the result
- Send order confirmation and download links via email
- Prevent abuse and fraud

Data Security
All files are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Results are stored encrypted and accessible only via time-limited download tokens. We use HTTPS for all connections.
Data Retention
- Uploaded files: Deleted after processing
- Encrypted results: Retained for 30 days, then deleted
- Order records: Retained for accounting purposes
Third Parties
We use PayPal and NOWPayments for payment processing, and Resend for transactional emails. Each has their own privacy policy.
