If a file can't be unlocked automatically, we look at it ourselves and email you. You only pay if we can deliver.
Refund if it doesn't work
If your result doesn't work in your ECU software, tell us within 14 days. We check it and, if it didn't work, refund you in full.
How your files are handled
Files travel over HTTPS, results are stored AES-256 encrypted, and download links expire after 24 hours.
